Therapist Job Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based outpatient treatment to diverse individuals, families, couples, and groups in an empathetic and supportive manner.
- Conduct biopsychosocial intakes in order to assess mental health concerns and determine appropriate level of care treatment
- Develop individualized treatment plans that are measurable and guide treatment
- Maintain thorough patient documentation utilizing a practitioner focused EMR system.
- Opportunities to provide supervision, training, and mentorship to practicum students and interns.

Therapist Skills
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
- Excellent documentation and writing skills
- Detail oriented
- Familiar with evidence-based practices
- Comfortable with video-conferencing and EMR systems
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field
- Must hold an active license (e.g. Licensed Psychologist, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
- 2+ years clinical experience preferred
- Previous commercial insurance accreditation is preferred (e.g. Aetna, Highmark, Optum, etc.)
Clearances
All our clinicians must complete a background check, which includes: a state criminal history record verification, and FBI clearance, and a child abuse clearance.
